Underage Gambling Policy

• All winnings currently or due to be credited to your account will be retained
• All winnings gained from betting whilst under age must be paid to us on demand
• Any monies deposited which are not winnings will be returned to you OR retained until you turn 18 years old at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deduct payment transaction fees from any amount returned.

In the event we suspect you are in breach of the provisions of this Policy or are attempting to rely on them for a fraudulent purpose, we reserve the right to take any action necessary, including informing the relevant law enforcement agencies.

We take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gamblers from accessing and using our services, including the use of identity verification services. As a registered user, you can help us prevent underage gambling online.
